Subscription Billing
・Initial charge: processed immediately at checkout
・Renewal charge: billed monthly on the same calendar date as your initial purchase
・You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid renewal charges
Shipping Timing
First-time orders will always receive the next month’s themed box.
Subscription renewal orders are shipped based on the date your payment is processed:
・Payments between the 1st–19th → shipped around the 20th
・Payments from the 20th–end of month → shipped near the end of the month
Delivery
Shipping to Canada typically takes 10–20 business days after shipment, depending on customs and local delivery conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold.

Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

Our boxes contain food items with expiration dates.

Food items may melt or shift during transit.
For safety reasons, food items cannot be returned.
