Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, which include food items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as taste, personal preference, or unopened products.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, returned items cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
・Your order number
・Photos of the issue
・(Optional) Photos of the packaging if relevant
After verification, we will resend the affected items at no additional cost.
We do not require physical returns.
Lost Packages / Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:
- Check your mailbox and surrounding area
- Ask neighbors or building management
- Contact your local postal carrier
If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days.
We will assist with a carrier investigation.
Replacements may be offered depending on the outcome.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by customs inspections, carrier congestion, weather, or local postal conditions are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals that have already been processed are non-refundable,
as your monthly box (including snacks and calligraphy cards) begins preparation immediately after billing.
Due to our fixed monthly shipping schedule, renewal orders cannot be modified, delayed, or canceled once billing has been completed.
You may cancel upcoming renewals anytime before your next billing date.
Disputes / Chargebacks
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first.
We are committed to resolving issues as quickly as possible.
Submitting a dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
