Your first box will be delivered approximately 10–20 business days after shipment, depending on customs and local delivery conditions.

Your first box will be the next month’s themed box.

Examples:

・Jan 5 purchase → February box
・Jan 29 purchase → February box
・Mar 31 purchase → April box

・Your first payment is processed immediately at checkout.

・After that, your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar date as your initial purchase.

・You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

Subscription renewal orders are shipped based on the date your payment is processed:

・Payments processed between the 1st and 19th are shipped around the 20th of that month.

・Payments processed from the 20th through the end of the month are shipped near the end of that month.

For example:
If your renewal is billed on June 1st, your box will ship around June 20th.

All shipments are processed after successful billing confirmation.

Customs duties or carrier fees may apply depending on your region. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes. You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date to stop future renewals. There are no cancellation fees.
