Subscription Overview

Global Base (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers a monthly subscription service featuring Japanese snacks and cultural experiences, including calligraphy cards.

By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Billing Cycle

Your first payment is processed immediately at checkout.

After that, your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar date as your initial purchase.

Example:
If you subscribe on May 5th, your next billing date will be June 5th.

2. First Order

Your first box will always be the next month’s themed box.

Delivery timing depends on shipping conditions and customs processing.

3. Subscription Renewal & Shipping

Subscription renewal orders are shipped based on the date your payment is processed:

• Payments processed between the 1st and 19th are shipped around the 20th of that month
• Payments processed from the 20th through the end of the month are shipped near the end of that month

All shipments are processed after successful billing confirmation.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Cancellations apply only to future billing cycles and do not affect already processed payments.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge automatically.

If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused until updated.

6. Changes to Subscription

You may update your shipping address, billing information, or subscription settings through your account dashboard.

Changes made after a billing date may apply to the next cycle.

7. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

We do not offer refunds for already processed subscription charges.

8. Shipping

Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery to Canada typically takes 10–20 business days after shipment, depending on customs and local delivery conditions.
